3. Counter-Notice
If material you are responsible for is removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice where applicable.

- provide your full name and reliable contact information;
- state your good-faith belief that the material was removed or restricted because of mistake or misidentification;
- include any statements regarding jurisdiction, service of process or penalty of perjury required by the law governing your counter-notice;
- include your physical or electronic signature where required.
Rynex may forward a complete counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore or keep material restricted as permitted or required by applicable law.
4. Repeat Infringement and Abuse
Rynex may restrict access, remove content, terminate accounts or refuse service where there is a pattern of valid infringement complaints, repeated unauthorized use of protected material or abuse of the copyright-reporting process.
Actions depend on the facts, available evidence, the seriousness of the conduct and applicable legal obligations.
